First of all, making sure that the uv flatbed printer is operating normally, the ground wire of the machine is connected normally, and the voltage supplied by the print head is normal! You can use the measuring table to test whether there is static electricity in the main parts of the machine.

Secondly, using the software to test whether the uv flatbed printer is operating normally, whether the raster reading is normal, and whether the indicator light is normal. There should be no sweat or moisture on the hands of the operator, making sure the cable is clean and not damaged. Because it is possible that the print head cable will short circuit when plugged into the print head. Meanwhile, when inserting the ink damper, don't let the ink drip to the cable, because the ink will directly cause short circuit when it is left along the cable. After entering the circuit, it may cause a short circuit and directly burn the nozzle.

Thirdly, checking if there are any raised pins on the print head of the uv flatbed printer, and whether it is flat. It is best to use a new one and plug it into the print head with a new one. Insert it firmly without any tilt. The head scale of the nozzle cable is generally divided into two sides, one side is in contact with the circuit, and the other side is not in contact with the circuit. Don’t make a mistake in the direction. After inserting it, check it several times to confirm that there is no problem. Install the nozzle on the carriage board.
