RB-1610 A0 UV flatbed printer provides an affordable option with a large printing size. With a max printing size of 62.9″ in width and 39.3” in length, it can directly print on metal, wood, pvc, plastic, glass, crystal, stone and rotary products. Varnish, matte, reverse print, fluorescence, bronzing effect are all supported. Besides, RB-1016 support direct to film printing and transfering to any materials, which makes it possible to customize curved and irregularly-shaped products. More importantly, RB-1610 equips with vaccumsuction table for printing soft materials like leather, film, soft pvc, making it much easier for positioning and non-tape printing. This model has helped many customers and are becoming more popular because of it’s industrial look, interior design and color performance.

1. Thick Hiwin linear guideways

RB-1610 has 35mm thick Hiwin linear guideways on its X-axis, 2 pcs on its Y-axis, and 4 pcs on its Z-axis, making it a total of 7 pcs of industrial-level linear guideways.

This brings better stability in printer running, thus better printing accuracy, and longer machine lifespan.

2. German Igus cable carrier

Imported from German, the cable carrier runs smoothly and quietly, it protects the ink tubes and cables during the printer carriage movement, and it has a long lifespan.

3. Thick aluminum suction table

RB-1610 equips with a thick aluminum suction table for printing both soft materials and substrates like acrylic.
With more than 20 adjustable support screws, the table can be adjusted to a perfect levelness for high quality printing.
The surface of the table is specially treated to be scratch-proof for high durability.

4. Industrial-level ball screw

RB-1610 has 2 pcs of ball screws on its Y-axis to assist the carriage beam's forward-backward movement, making sure of its stability and smoothness.
It also has another 2pcs of ball screws on the Z-axis to support the stability of 25cm print height.

5. Anti-static carriage

RB-1610 has a solid carriage that is adjustable in height based on the carriage beam.
The carriage plate is a CNC milling part for high integration and structural stability.
The carriage also contains an anti-static device which when turned on, will get rid of the static generated between the heads and the table. (the static will deviate the path of the ink droplets, blurring the print)

6. Bulk ink system

RB-1610 has a bulk ink CISS system with a volume of 750ml, suitable for a long period of printing. The low ink level alert device is also installed to bring more convenience to operation. The white ink stirring device is constantly on to prevent white ink from forming particles.

7. Aluminum rotary devices for mug and bottle

RB-1610 supports two kinds of rotary devices, one for bottles only, and the other for mugs and bottles alike. Both devices are made of aluminum and equipped with an independent motor to make sure of printing precision.

We offer a sample printing service, meaning we can print a sample for you, record a video in which you can see the whole printing process, and capture high-resolution images to showcase the sample details, and will be done in 1-2 workdays. Q9:What about maintenance of the printer? 

A:The printer has auto-cleaning and auto keep wet system, each time before power off machine, please do a normal cleaning so that keep print head wet. If you don't use the printer more than 1 week, it’s better to power on machine 3 days later to do a test and auto clean.
